I am currently accepting new clients. If you have Anthem Blue Cross insurance, I will
bill them directly as a network provider, and you will be responsible for co-payments and deductibles only. If you have
insurance with a company for which I am not a network provider, I will be pleased to submit a claim on your behalf, and the
reimbursement will be paid to you by your carrier. Please contact me to discuss my private-pay therapy rates.
